Margaret Vogel, M.Ed.
Margaret is a seasoned facilitator, parenting coach, and organizational consultant with over two decades of experience at the intersection of education, communication, and human development. With a Master’s in Education and a background in teaching and training youth and youth leaders, Margaret brings deep insight, compassion, and clarity to every conversation she leads.
Her work focuses on helping individuals, families, and organizations navigate difficult conversations, uncover their strengths, and tell their stories with purpose and authenticity. Whether she’s guiding parents through the challenges of raising emotionally health kids or helping teams build trust and connection, Margaret leads with curiosity, empathy and a belief in the power of shared growth.
Margaret is also the author of a debut children’s book, You May Take Three Apples. The book celebrates sharing, community, and the joy of coming together. Inspired by her passion for storytelling and social-emotional learning, the book reflects the same values that she brings to her consulting and coaching work.
When she’s not facilitating or writing, Margaret enjoys hiking with her golden doodle, traveling with her family, and watching her grandson encounter the world… And -when she is feeling very brave- you will find her doing open mic Stand-Up comedy in and around the Cleveland area.
