BOOKING INFORMATION
The first step in contracting services is to schedule a preliminary interview. This interview is free and non-binding. It usually takes between 20-30 minutes. The interview is mutual. Our goal is to learn about you and your project to assess whether our talents align with your needs. We will also discuss project scope and timeline. If we cannot work on a project with you, then we will connect you with another agency if you would like a referral.

Margaret Vogel, M.Ed.
Margaret is the principal and founder of Groundswell Consulting. She works with not for profit institutions and community organizations to drive change and generate lasting solutions.
Based in Lorain County, Ohio, her client roster includes organizations in the District of Columbia, Texas, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Her core belief is that any organization –through the power of its community– can address the challenges of the present, discover new solutions for tomorrow, and create lasting impact. The strength of such life-giving community rests upon accountability, commitment, and personal growth of individuals.
In her free time, Margaret enjoys creative writing, hiking, and being a fabulous dog mom.
